Pagli, et al. (2014), for the purposes of investigating regional velocity fields, has looked at Envisat InSAR data covering this volcano. They report no deformation at this stratovolcano.
N.B. There is another volcano in Ethiopia named Borawli.

Borawali sits just to the east of Lake Afrera (which is in the centre of this image). Further to the east is Tat Ali. (Nasa, 1999).
